Using the specially-shaped applicator, the liquid lipstick can be applied easily and accurately, leaving a waterproof and kiss-proof finish. Lipstick can be applied directly or for increased precision with a lip brush, and liquid lipstick also works well with an applicator. For optimum results, outline and colour-in the lips with a lipliner first and apply the lipstick in several thin layers, dabbing with a tissue in between. In addition, a lip scrub removes dead skin cells and ensures a smoother surface before applying your lip makeup.
